As CEM’s existing marketing platform was being phased out, the company needed a smooth transition to a new system. They required support exporting historical contact lists, setting up marketing automation, improving email deliverability, creating new email templates, and integrating a new CRM with their WordPress websites. Data privacy was also a priority, with full compliance needed for CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
CEM partnered with Lahore Chain to implement and train their team on HubSpot’s Marketing CRM and Email Marketing platform. The Lahore Chain digital marketing team mapped contact data from CEM’s previous CRM and event registration tools into HubSpot, enabling accurate tracking and management of customer information.
The team then built automated workflows connected to contact forms, created segmented contact lists based on user actions, and designed easy-to-use email templates. They also conducted hands-on training sessions so the CEM team could confidently manage their own HubSpot account, while providing ongoing support.
Today, CEM operates on a fully implemented HubSpot Marketing platform with automated email campaigns, a drag-and-drop email builder, improved reporting, and chatbot chat flows. The Lahore Chain also integrated HubSpot’s Social tools, giving CEM stronger control over its social channels and a more effective digital marketing operation overall.
